Returns Policy

Please read the following before submitting a product returns enquiry.

All T-Shirts come to us sealed from the factory. We carry out our own quality checks before sending them to you.

Should you have any problem with your purchase please contact us immediately, outlining your concern. We will then work with you to resolve your problem.

Should you have to return your item(s) we would suggest you do so via Recorded Delivery. Sadly we are unable to cover the cost of return postage.

It is important you wash your T-Shirt(s) in accordance with The Mountain's instructions. We are unable to to accept responsibility for any damage caused as a result of not following these instructions.

None of the above affects your statutory rights.

You must complete a 'Product Returns' form online via your account on this website.

How to submit a 'Product Returns' form

To return a product, login to your account, go to your order history and and view your order (to do this click on the 'view order' icon View Order Icon that relates to the order which includes the product you wish to return). You will then see a 'returns' icon Product Returns Icon for each line item on your order. Click on the 'returns' icon relating to the product you wish to return and complete the form as required.
